      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hi-Tech regarding my recent experience with their business. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service I received and the quality of repairs provided.On May 13th, 2023, I purchased an electronic device from Hi-Tech. Unfortunately, just days after the purchase, the computer crashed, rendering it completely unusable. Seeking assistance, I sent the computer to ****** **** for a diagnosis. Apple quoted me a repair cost of $900, prompting me to turn to Hi-Tech, as I believed I had a warranty with them.I approached Hi-Tech with the hope that they would honor their warranty and provide the necessary repairs. However, the repair process was marred by poor communication and extended delays. It took them a week to acknowledge my inquiry about the repair progress, and after two weeks, they informed me that the computer had been fixed but were waiting for tape from Apple to reattach the screen. This unnecessary delay prolonged the repair process, and it took nearly three weeks for them to return my computer.Upon receiving my computer, I discovered that the screen was hanging off the device, indicating substandard workmanship and a complete disregard for quality control. This damage could not have occurred easily, especially considering it was sitting on my desk with no external factors that could have caused it.The overall experience with Hi-Tech has been extremely unsatisfactory. Their poor communication, extended repair times, and inadequate repairs have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I firmly believe that Hi-Tech's conduct is unacceptable and warrants attention and resolution.I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter promptly. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will investigate my complaint and take appropriate action to ensure that Hi-Tech rectifies their shortcomings and provides the necessary compensation for the damages caused.************************* Phone **********
