      On September 28, 2023. I was quoted to have drag links replaced under warranty for $160 alignment included. when I got there I saw my bill that stated $178. ok cool. Front old *** said he would be right back and went into the shop. Came back and added $95 for an alignment to my bill. I told him what was quoted and his response. Well they were wrong and I talked to the technician about that but I took $20 off. I said but I was quoted $160 alignment included and his response. I'm not arguing with you.

      TO WHOM IT CONCERNS...THE CUSTOMER WAS IN  A ACCIDENT WITH THE JEEP..THAT VOIDS ALL WARRANTY WHEN THAT HAPPENS AND IT BECOMES A INSURANCE CLAIM IF THEY CHOOSE TO GO THAT ROUTE...PATRIOT EVEN STILL WENT AHEAD AND WARRANTY THE PART FOR THEM WHEN WE DIDNT HAVE TO..THE ALIGNMENT WAS OUT WARRANTY IT ONLY GOOD FOR SIX MONTHS..IF THE CUSTOMER FEELS THEY WAS QUOTED WRONG WILL BE GLAD TO REIMBURSE THEM THE ALIGNMENT...

      BUT AT THE END DAY PATRIOT FOR THE SITUATION THEY WAS IN ,WE FEEL WE TOOK CARE OF THEM ..
