    On May 9, 2022 I spoke with **** about renting the venue for my daughters wedding. We did put a $2,500 deposit down. Later I visited with my daughter and her fiance to go over what beverage, food, and ceremony package to pick along with a box of table decor to try. I did print all of the packages listed online to bring with me and my notes. I was then told those weren't the correct pricing and he handed me new pricing for the ceremony and he wasn't accommodating to set a table up for us to try the table decor on. I was beginning to be concerned as we didn't sign a contract for pricing, being my only daughter and her first wedding I was living and learning along the way. As December approached and looking at our wedding calendar it stated to contact venue for taste testing. We were told December and ******* were too busy and we couldn't get in!! We again shook it off and in February emailed dates of our availability where we were told he didn't need any dates and weren't sure when they were free. The invites were supposed to be out the 1st of February!! I called **** and asked for a refund and he stated there's a no refund policy. However, we didn't know any policies or rules since no contract was presented to us. I then asked to speak to his boss and he stated he's never around and was in ***** and wouldn't give us his contact information. I did some research and found his number and contacted him, he was rude and interrupted me several times while trying to express my dissatisfaction of customer service! As I knew I would be contacting a lawyer, I asked his name and he gave me a name of "Lucky" and wouldn't allow me to have his last name. Professionalism and customer service is a 0/10 here. Pricing will change every time you talk to them. The most important day for my daughter has been a tragedy working with this company!! The cologne he wears is so strong and to finally figure out its to cover the alcohol on his breath! DO NOT RENT THIS VENUE!!!
