      I had my roof replaced by 33 carpenters and contractors. I was told explicitly that I would only pay my $1000 co pay for insurance which I did. I have a bank record to prove this transaction. I have also been asked by the company to contact my insurance which I have done three times now. The insurance company stated that the company filed the claim incorrectly because of some measurements. The insurance company is open to paying 33 the remaining balance if the claim is corrected, Fast forward, they've treated to *** me and are not saying they are going to charge interest on something I do not owe. I already have attorney fees associated with this complaint and they won't stop.

      This client is in collections for non payment for work that was completed in 2020, ***************** insurance company has to talk to ************* to resolve their issues.  We completed the work off of an approved scope and pricing repairs.  Mr. ****** **************** also has funds for the repairs.  We have provided all of the necessary documents to both and to **************.  The property is owned by **************, and we have been trying to get ************* to pay his bill for over three years.  He stopped communicating with our firm for the items he needed to take care of.  After multiple attempts with no communication, we have no other choice than to resort to collections matters to our counsel.  This is a debt that is owed and ************* has contracts that state that he responsible for the payments.  Failure to do what he needs to do on his end, is his responsibility, not the fault of the company.  He is to contact our counsel as legal action is already started for the default on the debt.
