For the past 3 months, I have been blocked on my own card for fraud, EVERY SINGLE MONTH with purchases I make myself. My purchases at ********* was even considered fraud. Every month I have had to call the Fraud Prevention people at PROFED and go over a list of purchases, every single month. I even received a recording every month while I was working. This not only wastes my time but also becomes an invasion of privacy on my end. Hearing the number amounts over the phone let alone even the smallest purchases are said over the phone. I have to say Yes to or there is non compliance. They should have no part in my daily life nor have the audacity to block my card when I can do that myself! Also, wasting my time when I'm working.

We appreciate the members feedback and will work with him directly to address his concerns. According to the Federal ***************** credit card fraud is one of the most frequently reported types of fraud in ***************** and is on the rise. Accordingly, we consider protecting our members from credit card fraud to be of the utmost importance and provide credit card fraud alerts expressly for that purpose. Nonetheless, we recognize that not all credit union members want the same level of protection. We will work with the member to find an appropriate level of fraud protection.

I had to close my debit card due to fraud. After Pro Fed blocked it, I had a $98 refund to that card from ******* that did not get processed. I have discussed this with ******* and Pro Fed several times. Both say the other one needs to give me my credit.
