    We signed our final waiver of payment to Fox Homes, and they were supposed to reimburse us for the $6,000 for lighting allowance and $3,000 for landscaping allowance and they were supposed to send us our home warranty and we haven't received any of the above items. The final waiver was sent on 04/24/2024. I have email and text documentation that they were going to send the money and the home warranty if needed.

     I am rejecting this response because:  I still need the home warranty documents along with the money that was all promised.

    We are in the process of working on this. We are waiting on the final bill from the landscaper and will make payment as soon as we have this. Our process is to wait until all final bills are in before we make payment.

     I am rejecting this response because: The last response was they were waiting on money for payment now they are waiting final paperwork from landscaper...  The house was closed on over 2 months ago and the money is owed, and the home warranty needs to be sent.  This was all promised months ago per emails and texts sent.  Fox Homes are not honest especially when we had a discussion on site and ******************* said that he would never hold back money after the contract.

    This complaint has been resolved outside of the BBB. We have paid the balance and issued the home warranty. We consider this matter to be closed and resolution to be had by both parties.

     I am rejecting this response because:  They check they sent was shorted $765.00.  They need to send us another check for $765.00.
