I contracted with AEY power solutions originally to do a small task of installing a bathroom fan. Everything went well, so i asked ***********************, the person who did the work to look at and bid three more jobs in my home. They are/were 1. To move an outlet to another location because it was an eye sore, 2. To shorten the cord on two penetration lights as they hung too low over the island, 3. Install four can lights in a craft room. ***** said he could do all of these and sent a quote of $650 with a required down payment of $325 to schedule the work. The date was set but then I never heard back from him. The scheduled date was March 25, 2024. When ***** did not arrive on the 25th, I text him. He said he had a thing come up with his wife and could we reschedule for the 27th. I agreed to the change. Then he didnt show up on the 27th. I text him again. This time he didnt respond right away. Later in the day I text him again and said I dont know what to think and suggested canceling the job if no longer interested. He then responded that he recently learned his wife had been cheating on him and it really set him back. So he said he would be here on April 3 at 9:30. Again, no show. Text him again and he said he would be here by noon. Next text from him was he was grabbing a quick lunch and would be coming right after. He arrived 1 1/2 hours later. While on site he busted one of the gloves and while cutting the hole. In the wall for the outlet, he cut into an air pipe hidden behind the wall. He told me he would be back the next day to fix this stuff plus do the lighting in the craft room. Again, no show and no response to my initial text. Then I told him not to come back and refund my deposit. Multiple promises later I still have not received the deposit. I didnt even ask he pay for or repair what he broke. I just want my deposit back. Apparently, he has cheated other people. Wish I had seen their reviews first.

    Hello,
After completing the complaint form yesterday with the Better Business Bureau, I realize they left out two important pieces of information.
#Number 1, ***** left exposed wiring from the light that he took down and broke without capping it off. Im going to attach a picture of what Im seeing right now.
#2, ***** left behind some of his tools and a ladder which I am holding here with the hope that when he returns, he would bring my deposit back.

    Thank you,
    ******** (****) *****
