    On April 14 2024 I went to Wendy's with my 9 year old daughter to get food. I had to place two separate orders because the young lady at the register did not ring up everything I asked for. The first total came out to be ***** and the other total came out to be 3.99. My order was not made correctly and I point that out to the cashier. Even though I am 40 years old and the cashier looked to be the same age as my son I said excuse me miss my order was not made right I do not need a new sandwich do you any ghost pepper sauce in a cup and I can use that. But instead of giving me a side of sauce she tell the manager on duty he she is this not right fix it. I am assuming he was the manager came over and said your order not right I so no sorry he said what wrong I informed him the the ghost pepper sauce was not added to the sandwich, he asked did you pay for it I showed him the receipt, he said that all you had to say. He begin to get really disrespectful yelling at me and calling me out my name, telling me to me to shut up before I wont get anything I asked for a Refund and he told me he's not giving me ****, Now at this point my daughter who has autism is starting to get nerves and scared she just wanted to eat so she could take her medicine. While I am trying to get her to calm down the manager comes back and say this b**** still talking. At this point I'm getting upset because as I said I'm *********************************************************************************** out of my name was uncalled for. I have called Wendy's complaint line many names after the first call I was told that the district manager would call me and I would get a refund, but as of this complaint I have not received a call or refund. As of this point I just want my money back it should not take this long to get a refund since I left the store without any product at all.
