    **** was so disrespectful the entire time we were dealing with my grandmas arrangements. He was supposed to order me and my mother necklaces with my grandmas finger print, never did. Thankfully ****** did. I got charged 150 to see my grandma before her cremation. I was told it was to make her look decent for the showing. We showed up to view her, **** acted like he was unaware of the plans that day. Made us go to another location where he them had us wait outside 5 minutes while he took my grandma out the freezer and shoved a pillow under her head. Hair a mess, you could see the discoloration on her. The whole time we were staying goodbye to my grandma, **** was huffing and puffing. Telling us to wrap it up and that h*** walk us out to close the door. 150 for not even 15 minutes. Very unprofessional. ****** is the only decent one there. I've used this funeral home plenty of times and never experienced this. He was unprofessional and lacked sympathy. He should look somewhere else cause he is not meant for this job.
