    ************ ordered a9mm handgun a few months ago and due to a car accident and back surgery came home10/14/22 the following day i started opening all my orders when i opened the 9mm box i went to pull it out and i hit the trigger and it fired .It was sent to me with 2 in the mag and 1 racked and ready to fire which it did causing damage to my home and personal noise damage to my right ear.I sent a text to the store about what had happened and i receive a call the next day from the owner who went to call me a liar and a scammer instead of try to find out how this could of happened .He had no interest in my safety just to call me name's.He told me they do not handle the guns they just ship them out and if it did happen he put the blame on ******* and hung up.I then called ******* and explained what happened and what the owner of Gun Zone told **** was told that they would look in to this problem and that the owners statement about handling the firearms was not correct.I am telling anyone if you deal with this company beware and be extremely careful from my experence PROFIT comes first and SAFETY ? When you have an issue like this and you speak to the owner an honest man would listen and try to resolve the problem not start name calling like a two year old and right away put the blame on everyone else .He sounds like the guilty one to me judge for yourself .Just be extra careful with these people.

    *******************************, when you called in on 10/17/22 you seemed extremely impaired or confused so it is possible you have forgotten what we spoke about and what you said. As we discussed, your unloaded firearm was delivered to you on May 26, 2022, at 1:05 pm. This firearm has been at your location for almost five months now, not just a few months. Also, as we discussed, safety at GunZone always comes first! We have informed the manufacturer of your comment on how you said they will just "write you a check." Your scam is not going to work and you are not going to get a payday. We would also like to make note here that you still seem impaired or confused because you just left a four out of five star review. This is even after we have informed you of your suspended account and that we also removed you from our directory of FFL's that we will ship to or due business with. We hope that you find some help and that you are your family's medical conditions/expenses get better. We also hope that you learn to ALWAYS remember to handle all firearms as if they are loaded, keep all guns pointed in a safe direction at all times, always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot, and always keep all guns unloaded in your store / at home shop.

    GunZoneDeals.com is not a reputable company. They sold me a defective + damaged firearm. I tried calling them literally dozens of times and never got one human to answer the phone. I disputed the charges with my credit card company (and I won). After almost a full year later, they still haven't returned even one of my calls, and just recently emailed me saying they are sending my account to collections (even though they lost the dispute I started with my bank). I am currently having an attorney take legal action against them. I hope this serves as a warning to anyone thinking about buying from them. BUYER BEWARE. Try calling them before you order anything and see if anyone pick ***** ever. Now imagine you have an issue, any issue, and actually have to talk to someone. You won't be able to. You will get no one to talk to and no resolution. They only want your money-That's it. They will not offer any support or customer service after. BUYER BEWARE!

    You have several negative reviews listed right here on BBB including another former customer claiming you sold them a defective/damaged firearm that advertised as new. That is exactly what happened to me. I sent pictures of the condition the same day within hours of receiving it and you guys would not return a call or approve a return. You threatened that customer with legal action action. I'm informing you I am in the process of having an attorney bring action against your unethical, unlawful business practices. You should be ashamed - do better.

    Also, you are not an accredited BBB business. And if anyone wants to check the validity of my claim they can simply try calling your "customer service" number for free and see they will never have a human talk to. When you lost the dispute I started with my bank they even commented on your business lack of response.

    Before ordering an item, I had a question about same so I called left message and contact info thinking I might hear from them or not.. Less than 5 min. I was speaking to ****** who answered my query quickly.Informed her that I was going on line to place order. Had to get with it as they only had one of the item that I wanted remaining. Had a self induced problem and called them back.. When ****** realized that the order had not gone thru she called me. What other business does that?None I know of. but customer service lives in IN thesedays. ****** went above and beyond and deserves the highest marks that the company awards an employee. They are fortunate to have her on the. Front lines. To her... Thank you. Customer service is not totally dead it still lives

    I just want to leave some feed back about gunzonedeals First they are amazing!! super quick shipping and easy to purchase from. ive bought multiple guns from gzd. I did my research before buying and couldn't find a better price than them. Second check out is super easy finding your ffl and getting them the info. Gzd is by far in my opinion the best online market for gun buying. Gzd will always be my number 1 go to for getting my new firearms. Keep up the good work!
