      On 03/14 I walked to the local alliance health center(bridge of ****** location by me that I live by to attend my weekly therapy session withy therapist takia,Upon arriving I checked in with the front desk and waited for my appointment, after my appointment time had started therapist came out to the lobby and said she would be right back 15 mins went by and she never returned, the front desk lady then randomly asked me if I had been sick in the past 7 days, I told her yes but was no longer ill She then said would have to reschedule my appointment and called me to the front desk and said"I'm sorry but we can't risk it as she has other patients she needs to see and can't risk getting ill"I couldn't believe what I heard, not only did the front desk lady disregarded me saying I was no longer I'll but in cancelling my appointment, a therapy appointment, telling me I'm a risk for her other patients I never felt like such piece of garbage, the front desk lady then lied on the clinical notes saying I felt sick when I clearly said I was sick but no longer ill It's absolutely disgusting to treat a patient this way and I demand to speak to corporate

      The same day that the patient filed this complaint with the BBB, I spoke to him on the phone as he had reached out asking to speak to someone and file a complaint. I spoke to him and he shared that he was disappointed in his service that he received. I apologized to him for that service and told him that I would be handling this situation with the employee. I asked him if he was wanting to switch to a new therapist or would he like to continue with this therapist. He stated that he had no complaints of his therapy experience and would like to continue with this therapist. He said he just wanted to be heard about his negative experience. I spoke to the Chief Behavioral Health officer who is directly supervising this therapist and he spoke to the therapist. The situation has been mitigated on this end and the patient stated that he was satisfied with this outcome.
