      I paid top dollar for a new system for an apartment I was refurbishing and as it had a difficult design I trusted it to the **** installer I had used for years. He messed it up bad and after several return visits NEVER got it right. The first level of the apartment would constantly be 10 degrees warmer or cooler than the 2nd level!!! I called in Masters and they worked a long time on the set up until they got it right! I felt helpless with the original situation but Masters made a believer out of me and that is why they will be handling all six of my units from now on. OLD FASHIONED INTEGRITY AND KNOW HOW!!

      Had masters heating and cooling for a yr first called out cause no cool tech **** came out mind u during covid looked at my unit out side said wire off on reversing valve he put wire back on said I needed a thermostat so 400 dollars later new thermostat then after summer switch to heat no heat called masters out again found nmbad defrost board and another thermostat According to them replaced ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** 2021 November ****************************************************************************************** may 22 called masters back out no cool tech ****** came out found wire to condenser unit broken switched wire to spare already in system another 193 dollars called masters back out tech ***** came out said condenser motor bad another 971doller for a ************** all due to the orange wire in thermostat wiring from heating unit to condenser I believe master did not fo properly troubleshoot the original problem orange wire broken instead did nothing but swaptronics called over ******************* called me a liar and proceeded to defend techs also all four techs complain about me hovering over them while they worked my house my air-conditioning I feel they are very dishonest and did not try to work anything out so in a year I spent *************************************************** thermostat wiring
