    On June 25 ************ I spoke to the lady in the office And she told me that there might be a $75 charge For them to come out and look at my AC Unit that was not getting cold enough. The ***s came out And my mom was here During the visit And the *** just wrote down some information And explained what he thought might be wrong And then he said theres no charge today because we didnt do any work. Later on I get an invoice saying I owe them $144. I called to dispute the charges The lady in the office she hung up on me I called back the next day And she told me she has to look into this and shell get back to me She never called me back But now January 2025 She sends me another invoice saying I owe 144. I called her on January 7 And I told her you said nothing about $144 charge They did not do any work All you told me was that they might charge me $75 just to come out But the *** that did come out, he said theres no charge because they didnt do anything And the woman She said well I can knock your bill down to 79 dollars I said no because the *** said that he wasnt gonna bill me Anything because he did not fix anything he just wrote down some information. And remind you, this bill is in my mothers name Who does not live here?
