    Oct 2020 I paid $700 which was half of estimate to resurface my kitchen counter with epoxy. Rotted wood found so had to different size sink. Total including new sink, faucet, disposal and extra work was $2230 on invoice ****. Called **** 10 months later when dishwasher installer was upset epoxy covered screws. Told him I was concerned with spot on counter. Do not remember if I was to call him or he was to call me. Waited over a year to call him again and had to call several times for him to come look at it. Told him then that counter was also discoloring. Between August 2022 and February 2023 have spoken and talked to **** and ****. **** said counters discolor but had not seen any as bad as mine. If I had known that I would not have picked white. It is now tan. The epoxy is coming loose from the spot I was concerned about. **** said that the wood underneath was rotten and that is why the epoxy is loose. Then **** said they got all the rotted wood they could at the time. I was given an estimate of $1600 for labor and $300 to $500 for parts to replace the rotted wood and put new epoxy on. If they can replace the rotted wood now why could they not get it when it was first done? The I price could go up or down, depending on what they find. I contacted **** 3 times in February and have gotten no response.

    I do not think I have a written warranty but **** from M&S told me the it was for 112 months.  The work was completed Oct 2020 and I talked to **** Sept 2021 and told him there was a spot I wanted him to look at.
