    We paid *********** $4000 for the work they completed on 6/10/22. They left ruts in our neighbors yard. He told me there was nothing he could do about it. Then told me to use my mower and roller to fix it. My neighbor came back very angry. So I worked on it for over an hour. After that he told one of his employees to go over it with their bobcat. The stamping is not even. Some places are stamped deeply and others barely look stamped. It isnt the color I picked, from his pictures. He told me they are all custom and it would look better after it dried. They didnt do our steps properly. The step is ******** the patio door. I questioned the step several times. I told him I thought we needed steps. I told him over and over it had to be safe because my mom had Parkinsons. I even introduced them. He just kept telling me it will be fine, trust me. This is the way to go. When my husband called him to tell him the step was wrong, they scheduled an appointment for him to come back out and look at it, but he was a no call no show. When ***** called him back, he said there was nothing he could do about it now and we would just have to build a wooden step ourselves. After that, we tried to reschedule for them to come back to fix the steps they made up all kinds of excuses. Then they refused to take our calls and messages. Tools came up missing. I have pictures and texts to back all of this up! I have attached some pictures. I can supply more pictures and our text communication upon request. They also poured leftover cement in our gravel driveway. We had to take sledgehammers to it to break it up and remove it. I dont think I took pictures of that before we fixed it. *********** also gave us different contact infoArmando **** ******************************************************************** ************
