      I was seen by Dr. ******* ****** in the fall of 2024. I was scheduled for a thyroid uptake and subsequently a radiation iodine treatment. Requested multiple times this be done by the end of 2024 because I had met my high medical insurance deductible. His office did not get me scheduled until January 9, 2025. They did not and would not schedule a follow up appointment until May 2, 2025. On April 4, 2025 his office called me to reschedule and have pushed my appointment to May 12, 2025. I had a routine follow up with lab work done for my family doctor on April 17. I learned that day from my primary doctor that because I was never put on any thyroid supplements I had an extremely low ********* count and was in stage 2 kidney failure causing me to have extreme fatigue, muscle cramps, agitation and swelling. I was immediately put on thyroid supplements. On May 1, 2025 the thyroid supplements had to be tripled because of little progress on my condition per additional lab work.

      I went to ER to receive stitches on 11-13-24. I was told to return on 11-24-24 to have stitches removed. I was told there would be NO charge to remove stitches. Lutheran then billed blue cross/blue shield for removal of stitches on 11-24-24 and is trying to make me pay $250 also! I was told I would not be billed as removal was part of original bill. I want the bill for the stitches rescinded. I have already contacted blue cross/blue shield regarding insurance fraud.

      Earlier today I received a certified letter that I was being terminated as a patient from lutheran health services This was immediately after getting a letter from them saying they were concerned I no showed appointment and wanted me to reach out and reschedule This is very distressing to me as I suffer with many mental and physical health struggles that make it difficult for me as well as lack of transportation(this isn't a issue now thanks to my insurance)That said, I didn't deliberately no show these appointments on purpose My life has been chaos for months and I legit forgot about these appointments I don't think it's right to terminate a patient when they dont understand what's going on I live in a small city with not many healthcare options, lutheran is the closest one to me which is why I was seeking out a primary care provider at the practice I believe I deserve a second chance to show that I can be a patient that can and will keep appointments

      Location is Lutheran Hospital, ****************************************************************************, my account # with them is ********** On September 5th I went to the ** (self pay) due to a deep laceration on my finger and bleeding profusely, didn't stop for at least an hour and if I moved it at all it would bleed again. Signed in the ** and ***** minutes later I got triaged, then sat in the lobby for another 1 almost 2 hours. I got tired of waiting so I left and went somewhere else for treatment. A few days later I find out they are charging me little over $300 for just triage. I made multiple calls and complaints with no response from billing or the ** as to what can be done. The October statement they actually increased the bill to the full ** visit amount which was $1000. Was told it was a mistake, and apparently i was classed as a level 2 emergency, and they will reach out with an update (never came). During my check in i gave them my michigan license since it expired on the 23rd and did not go get an indian license yet, they have the wrong address and i told them at check in. I have **** fowarding those statements from my old address, i understand them sending it to the wrong address is a HIPPA violation but they said because im self pay and i refuse to give them any more of my personal information they wont delete the adress they have.I've also requested my itemized bill from the urgent care i had to go to in order to get treatment.

      Contacting in regards to my complaint, #********. i've contacted the business again with an update and they said my balance was is taken care off as of the November 19th, I was not aware of this before i made my complaint. I've asked for a itemized statement in regard to it. I do not know the steps i need to take to either close or update my complaint but if i get the statement and it shows its settle then i would like to know your formal way of closing the complaint.

      Weve had issues on multiple times at the *********** doctors office. We were seeing ******* and now were seeing ***********************************************. Both doctors weve now had issues with. We have to fight to have my daughters pills refilled and refilled to the correct location. At our last appointment Aug 16 we discussed raising the doses on both of her adhd medicines. The one for some reason they put that we cant pick it up until September 8. And the other one they somehow put down that we arent taking anymore. So it cant be refilled by anyone until she gets back from her vacation. Which would be 2 weeks after her appointment at this rate. We asked to speak to the office manager on Monday Aug 22 and never received a call back. The medicine we need filled isnt a controlled substance. Its on her file that shes been taking it. And we werent even fighting for the higher dose. We just need it for her to come down off of her stimulant. Theyve messed up repeatedly and dont care about fixing the problems when they arise.

      My son was to have an appt on June 28th with *********************************** for re-occurring migraines. I was bringing ***A papers for them to fill out for his job do to the migraines. They cancelled the appointment do to noth I power. I called to get another appointment for a refill of his meds for his migraines. We were given a telehealth appoint that day with ****************** . ****************** was wonderful and helped my son with his med refills. I was told to tqake the *** papers into his family physician ( ***********************************) which I did and left with the receptionist ******. ****** took all the information for me on June 30th and said they would fax/call me once complete. Only July 5th or 6th I called to check on the *** papers as the due date was approaching and still no word. I received a call finally from ***** as was told their ****** could not fill the forms out and for me to come get them and take them to DR. ******** ****** since he did the telehealth appointment. July 7th I went into *********************************** ****** to get them asking them why they could not fax them, ***** acted like that wasnt her job but ****** took care of it. Once faxed ******** from Dr ******** ****** called saying she could help but wanted to see my son *************************** again. I advised this is a mess and someone needs to fill out the *** forms. ******** advises me she would call ******************* ****** 7/11 and get back to me. STILL NOTHING! I asked to speak with corporate on July 7th and was told I would get a call that day by *****, still NOTHING. This is beyond frustrating. I want a call in regards to this matter. This is no way to treat a patient. Too much nonsense and no one wanting to help! I have tried multiple times to get this taken care of and almost 3 week later- NOT A WORD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a phohe call and not an email to get this resolved!
