      Booked a car for a Christmas present. Made the reservation weeks in advance.Caller a couple days prior to confirm.Day of......they are an hour late. Day of, tires coated in mud.Day of, earplugs left in cup holder Day of, reading glasses left car.Floor mats dirty, straw wrapper, change on floor.The admitted they forgot. Twenty two years in business they say.Just no care to this company, they just want that money! I called and discussed my issues with the owner and their solution was a 100 credit towards another booking. So, spend more money with us and we will make THE NEXT trip right.Poor poor customer service. I called back to discuss their offer with the owner and he said "now I'm writing this down". Must have took three times complaining for them to take notice.
