  *********************** bullied my son to tears on multiple occasions. When I pulled my son out of the ****** and told ***** that this was unacceptable, the man chased me out to my car arguing with me. I firmly but respectfully said I do not wish to speak with you anymore today sir. *** drove off.***** proceeded to call my cell phone and leave an incredibly long voicemail. I find this business owners behavior to be needlessly aggressive and disrespectful of my personal boundaries. If he wont respect my personal boundaries, who is to say how he will treat your childs boundaries?

  Hi *****, we would have liked to address your issue with us in person as it is our policy to resolve conflict face to face rather than on social media. This is why you were followed when you walked out. Several parents of other students in the lot heard the exchange and can attest that we were calming trying to talk it out with you while you cursed at us and informed us you would submit bad reviews. When you would not talk to us, or answer your phone, a voice-mail was left for the same reason but you texted us that our attempts violated your "boundaries". Your posting on social media is a pretty broad boundary, so we will, at least, set some facts straight. Your son was not in a ****** but was putting a routine together for a school talent show - something you asked us to do, and we were giving freely of our time to help. In a previous meeting, you were in agreement with our being strict with your son to bring out the best in him. Cameras in the school do record these meetings. It is far easier to vent on social media rather than face a situation and resolve it, but we do wish you and your family the best, just as we did when we responded to your similarly worded ****** review, ******** post, Yelp review, and however many other places you take time out of your day to post on.

  i am so thankful to have placed him in a martial arts school that genuinely cares about each student and their needs. basches martial arts school has helped my son gain confidence, stay focused, have self-discipline, be respectful, and he has a great time learning how to defend himself! if you or someone you know was thinking about joining a martial arts school, i highly recommend basches martial arts!

  This school is top notch!! Our lives had been turned upside down over a year ago. We had no idea where to turn or what to do. We walked into the studio, and nearly a year later, our mindset changed thanks to sensei and miss ****, and then our lives changed!

  I have been a student for only a few short months, but the benefits of training at Basche's have been clear to myself and those around me. Not only have I lost weight, I've gained a confidence and sense of self-esteem which I have lacked up to this point in my life. Sensei and his team are excellent at what they do, and Sensei goes out of his way to make sure students are able to continue to grow at his school. Walking in the door was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
