    When I elected to cancel my insurance plan within 30 days of signing up, I was told that I would receive a refund for the first month's premium. I called the number that was provided, and it was disconnected. I called another number from a quick ****** search, and I was put on hold for an extended period of time before someone picked up the line and immediately disconnected it. When I called back, I was shuffled around to different administrators, none of whom appeared to have any authority to shed light on my situation. I reached out via email and have not heard back. In total, have spent over 2 hours on hold, waiting for someone to help me. I eventually had to file a charge dispute with my bank. Optimed **************** gives you the run-around.
