      Our movers showed up several hours late, delaying a ten hour drive for us. What should have been a 7-8pm arrival time has now turned into 1-2am, and we still have several hours to drive tomorrow. We also have a cat in the car with us, cant access our apartment with him because of the moving activity, and we live in a state with hot weather, we have to incur gas expenses to keep our cat cool and comfortable while we just sit here waiting to leave. We were kept up-to-date on the issue, and if that had been it, we mightve been able to let it go. Unfortunately, when the movers finally arrived, they did not have the materials we had paid for, despite the fact that it was confirmed with us that the movers would have those materials. We are now waiting even longer for the materials to show up. We hired this company because its well-known, has been in business for a long time, and had several positive professional reviews. We now believe weve made a grave mistake. Thousands of dollars down the toilet, given to a company that has no business being this wildly unprofessional given its size and resources. We are now extremely nervous that our delivery will be delayed, our quote may be off, or there will be some other wildly unprofessional problem to deal with as we have lost the trust we put in this company. Thanks to the customer service agents whove been very understanding with us, but we are extremely upset and will not be hiring this company again.

      Unfortunately we are unable to research without a move registration number as the name provided does not pull up in our system. We are truly if we have caused frustration and inconvenience to any of our customers. Please keep in touch with customer service agents as they will assist as best as they can.

      I am currently on the road and cant retrieve the moving number, but you can find our file by searching my husbands name, *************************. The address we moved from was **********************************************************************. We intend to file a claim for the hotel and gas costs incurred as a consequence of the massive delay. I will say the people who showed up to move us were very good, and we appreciate them.

      I could not stress strongly enough to stay away from this company and there affiliates *********************************, from there almost doubling the estimate after our processions are in there storage locker to refusing to pay for damages, a horrible experience.

      They had three months to move our belongings from CA to WI, and our stuff still isnt here. Every time we call they say theyre loading our van. They are clearly lying and now were facing a reality that they stole our belongings and all off our childhood keepsakes and daughters favorite things. Would never use this company again. The corporate office is quick to take your money, but hasnt done a thing to help out. Shouldve seen the red flags when they botched our initial agreement to move it here first and store it. Thieves.

      A senior family member just used Allied's services and was solicited at pick up and delivery for tips. "I better get my tip" was told to them by the head of the move at the ****** location. As if several grand wasn't enough for the move. My family member felt intimated and paid it to them. It was never done in front of witnesses. The workers themselves were nice and worked hard (although items were damaged during move) but find another "leader". The response by the business office was "just don't pay it to them" Easily said when it's not your property being moved.
