    The lady who did my daughter's nails was rude and unprofessional and had my daughter in tears. They were rude to me on the phone and hung up on me when I called and told them what happened.

    Good afternoon, after reviewing this complaint we are here to resolve this issue from the date March 1, 2024. The lady's daughter who came into the shop to get her nails done; she wanted a full set and how short she wanted for the length of her nails. The nail tech that did her nails have asked her about the nail cut to see if the client was okay with the length and the client said the length was good. Even after every step the nail tech did for the nails, she asked the client if everything was okay and the client reassured her that the nails were okay and to continue doing her work. After the nail tech has completed her work she asked one final time if she was okay with the nails she has received and the client said yes, that she was good with the results. On the receipt she paid $45.00 and even tipped the nail tech in $2.00 with the total coming out to $47.00. There was no dispute when the client was getting her nails done by our nail tech. The nail tech was not rude or unprofessional in any sort of the matter. The nail tech stayed quiet doing the nails and only spoke to ask the client if she was okay during and after every step. After the appointment the client's mother called into the shop to start yelling through the phone to our manager and complained about everything the nail tech did and would not let our manager speak or explain the situation at all. The clients mother said we were being rude when all we wanted was to understand the situation and even offered that she brought in her daughter so we could fix up her nails. That was when the call had ended. She has threatened us to call BBB (Better Business Bureau) but throughout the call she did not let us speak. The clients mother called us back to let us know that she lives an hour away and that our nail salon was too far for her to come back but then she decided to come back on the same day the client called. After we got the call that she was on her way to our shop we have decided we will take off what she did not like about her nails and due to not wanting to start social dispute or any other complication with the client we just refunded her the full amount she had paid us during her visit. We even voided her payment with receipt evidence. Thank you for sending in this notice and we apologize for this inconvenience.
