      We are a nursing home in **. ****************** installed a DIRECTV system in 2014. We paid a lease on the equipment for 60 months. After the term we were month to month with DIRECTV. We continued to pay RHTV monthly for just the programing charges. Eventually in early 2022 the equipment started failing so we switched to another company that installed new equipment. We got a final bill from DIRECTV which we paid. RHTV asked to pick up their old junk which we allowed and they did. We never got any other correspondence from RHTV regarding this account. A few weeks ago we got sued by RHTV in small claims court on some dubious auto renew which makes no sense. We have over 20 other nursing homes and have dealt with five different dealers. We never had anything like this and were advised that this is simply a frivolous baseless claim. Stay FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!

      I have the misfortune of living in a Senior Living Facility that has just changed from a completely satisfactory service to ******************. Whatever we are now paying, we are being overcharged. The residents were not consulted prior tok this change. I called **************** with a technical problem. The man I spoke to was very nice but unable to tell me why I cannot connect to the guide channel. My problem is unresolved
