      **** ? rating!!! SERVICE UNACCEPTABLE Had works package (oil change, tire rotation, check brakes...) and they were fixing the recall. *** said, an hour for the oil change and if they have to fix the recall....it will be 2 hours. Dropped the vehicle at **** and called them @ ****, they're were still working on it and it will be another 30-45minutes!!!They were working 4hours NOT 2 hours, didn't even have the courtesy to call that they were behind. I paid at the cashier @1522. If this is YOU, are you going to be happy? Seriously, this is not the first time. ******* should know how you treat your customers Bob Thomas Ford West!!!
