    Car was bought in April 2024, warranty was in the window when we bought the car, but when the car had issues within the first month for the *** valve having a vacuum leak. We were told we didnt have a warranty. So went back through all the papework and they had switched the warranty. This was a graduation gift to our 17 year old son. We put a big chunk of money down, as well as our son, so he didnt have a HUGE payment. Our ************************************ ******** due to a shifter assembly failed in June 2024(2 MONTHS LATER). Which had to be towed back to Ft *****. Took it to ****** Chevrolet and they fixed it and then by December it happened AGAIN. Now we are being told that it is the *********** and it will be 10k to fix it. Tried to get a 2nd opinion and No one will touch it, due to it being a hybrid. we took it to the dealership because it wouldnt shut off unless we disconnected the battery and now we got a car back that wont even start. Looking to see IF the factory warranty would still be valid since this happend in 2024 for the 8yr/100k miles warranty?

    Originally, my issue was simply regarding courtesy and customer service. Since then, it's now become ********* start, I received a text saying my truck was finished at 4:30 on a Friday. I immediately texted back to ask what options there were for me to pick up after 6:00 since I was still at work - no response. I again texted closer to 6 to repeat my question - no response. Another text after 6 checking in was met again with no response.I found someone to bring me to the dealership, but the who place was empty by closely after 6:00 so we decided to try again the next day. Luckily, I found someone able to take me by the dealership on Saturday, but I was informed that the service department was closed for the holidays and they werent sure if I could pick up the truck the gentleman was able to find someone to take my payment and give me the keys, so I left that day.Since then, still no response from the service team or any sort of explanation as to what happened. Had the gentleman not been able to help, I would have been without a vehicle completely from Thursday through Tuesday the following week. Leaving two stars instead of one because of the helpful gentleman on Saturday.Several days later, I was hearing loud noises from the tires which prompted me to bring it into Belle Tire for replacements - no problem, as I knew that was in the long term plan eventually. What I found out was that no proper alignment was done by DeHaven, AND both inner and outer tie rod ends were loose. I have been quoted another $788 from the mechanic for something I was under the impression was checked by DeHaven, which means even more time away from work waiting for this to be finished.The fact DeHaven said they fully inspected the truck and were more than happy to charge me for those supposed services has reached another level.

    Took My truck to DeHaven Chevrolet with the same issues, after giving them the paper work from H&K Chevrolet explaing to them not to repeat the same work that had been done already On 9/14/2023 they stated the engine needed to be rebuilt,due to failed lifters that scored the cam shaft for the sum of $7930.45.on 9/26/2023They said that the work H&K did was not necessary most likely.drove the truck to work the next day,engine light came back on ,same issues.took it back in on 9/27/2023 they stated that the catalytic converter was bad.on 9/28/2023 paid the sum of $3294.23. 11/7/2023 took it back for the same issues engine light on and reduce power message.They replaced fuel rail pressure sensor $677.42 took it back 11/7/2023 or 11/8/2023 for the same issues, he said they replaced a electrical connector told me to pay later if the truck was fixed. on 11/16/2023, truck sthaled causing accident totaling my truck out. ended up going to hospital. on 11/16/2023 on 3/21/2024 i paid $135.63 for the electrical connector they said they replaced.

    We bought a used car from this dealership. Its been 52 days and we have yet to receive our title work so we may plate our truck. Which is now expired. Weve called and called and keep getting the run around, thats its been mailed in general mail. The law states we should have this within 31 to 45 days. We need help!! We dont have money for a lawyer
