I purchased a vehicle in September. Before I made it home, there were problems. My full situation is way too much to spell out here, so I'll summarize. The original salesman was new and attempted to address the issues, then he just stopped responding to me. I ended up going around him, making calls myself to get the vehicle in for servicing (that was about 2 wewks later). The communication from almost everyone I encountered was horrible. After a few weeks, I only dealt with ********************* (service manager). He is the ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars and the fact that he tried to help me get the issues corrected. (Unfortunately, the major issues with the door and front end were still present). However, at least he attempted to treat me like he valued me as a customer. ****** (sales manager) was definitely non sympathetic and disrespectful in his offer to "make this right". The bottom line is that this dealership sold a vehicle that literally had a page full of issues that SOMEONE knew about. After all repairs couldn't be done, I asked them to buy me out. Of course they tried to low ball me. The pay off would only be offered IF I purchased a vehicle that cost over $10K more than the one I currently had. (I drove the vehicle maybe 3 weeks total, off and on, before the final day I picked it up.). The dealership had it over double that amount of time. At that point, there was absolutely no way I could remain a customer. This dealership would definitely benefit from additional staff training on proper follow up and communication with customers and also some training in just being good people. But as others have stated, it's about the money, not people. I found another dealer who valued me and the vehicle has been traded. I've told anyone that would listen to be weary of doing business with you. P.S. I'm very happy so many others had good experiences. I do NOT wish this experience on anyone

Awful and rude service advisor! The rudest people Ive ever encountered! This would be my very first and last time purchasing from them. Highly recommend staying away from them!

First I want to recognize and separate our salesman from this review. ******************* is great at what he does, builds trust, great rapport, and wants the best for his customers. We purchased our used ***** CX5 with the understanding that the vehicle was in good working order, they in fact told us that it went through an intake check, and did another one when they performed an oil change and detail. They produced a checklist and everything passed with flying colors. My first mistake was trusting they followed their own checklist. We have had the car 5k miles. They marked rotors and brakes were good in fact .7 on pads. We noticed the brakes didn't seem right. The rotors were warped and somehow the pads were. 4? So the mechanic that did brakes noticed something peculiar when he started the vehicle, the coolant light would immediately shut off, and it shouldn't do that (car has done this since the day we bought it). He checked the coolant and it had oil in it. Not only did we replace rotors and pads, We had to replace radiator, transmission, heater core, flush the entire system, and replace all the hoses to the cooling system. The shop doing the repairs said that it was highly likely that those items were bad on the dealerships inspection on intake and before delivery. The primary reasoning was the severity of the damage to the transmission and cooling system. There are several "loop holes" in the extended warranty so be prepared to pay well above the deductible. Would be great if Fort Wayne ****** would like to help with this... but we have reached out and gotten no response. I won't be going back. Buyer beware! Have your mechanic check it out before you sign, the dealership is untrustworthy. I have reached out to different managers to help with the cost above the deductible and they will not help, GM will not return calls.

On 12/30/2022 we purchased a 2022 ****** Corolla from ****** of *** Wayne, in *** Wayne, IN. We received a temporary tag that expired on 2/13/23. We really weren't paying attention and when we realized the temp tag expired we called the dealership that day (2/13/23). ****, the out of state title clerk never even submitted the paperwork to the ***************** to be processed. She didn't even apologize! She told me to continue driving my car with the expired tags because I "probably won't get pulled over" since ******** is so behind on title work. I asked her if I could get another temp tag and she said they can't do that. Come to find out the **************** can issue you another one, which I found out today, 3/29/23. I also called the sales manager that day and started to explain the situation to which he replied "I don't even know who this is". After two more weeks with no title work I called again, my paperwork was rejected and instead of taking care of it it just sat there until I called and brought it to her attention. My husband called the sales manager the same day and he said the title clerk "doesn't know what she's talking about" and "it's ********** fault". It is now 3/29/23 and still no paperwork. I have never once received a call from this dealership letting me know what's going on. Not once. We purchased this vehicle for my husband to drive 30 minutes to work and back every day but he can't. We can't drive this car for long distances because we don't want to get pulled over. I should also mention that the salesperson did not fill out our paperwork correctly & we received multiple text messages saying he wasn't going to get paid until we fixed the paperwork. Well, at least him and the dealership got paid. Oh and FYI, their "Market Adjustment" was like $4,500 over MSRP.

Their title work is a MESS. Bought the car 10/7 and called 11/1 and they havent even sent title to DMV for processing! Told me to call later so I called today 11/8 and guess what? They still havent done it!! They also tried to make me pay for the title fee which I already paid for in my purchase. My tag is expiring and if I cant drive it I will return the car.

In the **************** we have 45 days to process your title work. If you bought on 10/7 and inquired less then a month after purchsing it we are still within our time frame to complete.

I took my 2019 ****** Rogue, with ****** miles on it, in to Fort Wayne ****** so our son could use it as a down payment on his new ****** hybrid. They only gave me $22,000 trade-in value but I agreed and it was done. An hour later we found no vehicles we liked in the lot and asked to buy our Rogue back from the dealership. We even agreed to pay $5,000 more than we received an hour earlier. The dealer led us to believe that the sale included some insurance in case we lost a key fob. No***** was ever said by the salesperson or the finance manager about maintenance insurance. They had my wife and I e-sign a zillion times on an iPad for the contract and put the documents on a thumb drive for us to take home. Somewhere on the contract it said we were waiving our 36-hour cancelation right. When we got home, and looked at the documents on the thumb drive, we found we had been charged over $1,400 for the key fob *****. I think I could buy many keys for the cost of the insurance. We also found a charge of over $4,000 for a 10-year, no-deductible maintenance policy which nobody ever spoke to us about and we didn't realize we had signed an agreement to purchase that item. Our car still had time remaining on the original maintenance policy and we never would have knowingly agreed to this. And then, the documents they gave us on the thumb drive only included the cover page of the maintenance policy and no disclosures of how the policy works, what it covers, or how to use it. They said they had to take the car and clean it so we went to lunch. When we got back and picked up the car, we still didn't realize that they had charged us much more than our Rogue cost us new. There was a lo-jack ***** installed and we found that out because it fell onto my foot on the way home. They also stole my wife's sunglasses when they cleaned the vehicle. I only got the finance manager to answer the phone once; they promised a bunch of *****s that never happened in 2 months.
