    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I paid them over $58,368.00 for the worst service and products that probably exist. I was promised the best quality and service before I paid them and things went south once they got my money. They wont answer their phones. The owners daughter is either on vacation or too busy to address their poor products. The floor they installed creaks and makes all kinds of noises not to mention its falling apart to where you can see the sub flooring. Its a hazard for my kids and unsafe. If this does not get resolved then I will have no other choice but to file a lawsuit. Giving them the opportunity to make this right before it gets very costly for them and I am willing to take that route if nothing gets rectified.

    Hello, We have addressed this issue on a number of occasions.  We have sent our installer out to work on the problem area.  After each repair out installer informed us that the customer was happy.   We have not had any other contact with the customer for quite some time. We haven't had calls, emails or voicemails.  As far as we knew all was completed to satisfactory.  Now, knowing that the issue is still not rectified,  we have started a claim with the manufacture.  The customer called directly to the manufacture and we since then will be sending out an independent inspector to look at the floor.

     I am rejecting this response because: We have called numerous times, and nobody has ever called us back. We reached out to the manufacture because we needed to get this rectified and nobody at 3kings cared to fix the issue. I never confirmed we were satisfied with them trying to glue our floor and but a Band-Aid on it. The entire flooring makes a terrible noise when walking on it and it's coming apart. I need 3kings to fix their job and correct the issue.
