      In 2021 we hired this company. Their employee, ******, destroyed our lawn. For several years we decided against using their services again, but did hire them again 2025, assuming we would never have a similar issue. Before I signed the annual contract, I was very specific with the Fort ***** administrator that we NEVER WANTED ****** ON OUR PROPERTY EVER AGAIN due to the damage and expense that his carelessness caused on our property.I was told by the local branch in ***************, ******* that ****** would not be sent as the contact.They ignored my request.When I signed the contract, our date of service changed twice. First, because *******, IN had flooding at the time of the inital date of extermination. Our basement was flooding from a casement window due to extended days of rain- no way to spray the basement with interior flooding.Second date was schedule for 4/30, but our town was having wind and rain, so I called to reschedule at a later date. I contacted the local *************** ****** on 4/28 to cancel the 4/30 appt.Instead, they sent ****** on 4/30, even though we requested otherwise.I was surprised that they were here given we cancelled the appointment. Did not realize it was ****** again until he started spraying our interior hallway as though it were outside- then asked his name. Same weirdo who ruined our lawn several years earlier.I asked him to stop as I have asthma and his response that he had been here prior and I should know the situation. At that point I no longer wanted him in our home as I now knew it was the same person .Have called the local location, spoken with *** **** a supervisor, and it is just excuse after excuse. Very poor way to run a ************ I'm afraid for our safety as the invoice that ****** brought to our house clearly stated NO ******. This puts Mom and I in a dangerous position if this employee ************* help from Arrow Pest Control. They have all of our information and have not responded with help since 4/30.
