      Started puppy classes with my 6 month old corgi last fall.. Initial instructor was kind and good with puppies. One week we had a substitute, *****, and she was abuse to my puppy. She called him "spoiled" and admitted she was a ******* and that she was tougher on the dogs in training than other instructors. My corgi had only ever had a harness on, and she used a choke collar. I also told her he was timid and we joined classes to try and bring him out of his shell. She ignored what we said, insisted he was just spoiled and DRAGGED him on the choke collar around the ring. She scared him so bad he peed and pooped himself. I called ***** at ***** and he agreed on the phone that he witnessed the incident and ***** was wrong in her approach. I asked that she never be allowed to train puppies again and asked for a formal apology, because she undid all of the desensitization we had done with our timid corgi in one encounter. He remains timid and afraid of people no thanks to the ACTIONS of the self entitled *****, *****. ***** said they would refund my money and they never did, and they do not return any calls or emails anymore. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE!
