      Worst place to buy food. I from order food from here for the first time and it was nasty cold and rubbery with hair in it. I had also ordered two sausage rolls and didn't even Sausage in the roll. I waited over two hours for my food. I called the manager on duty and all they did was hang up on me three times then the four time had the nerves to tell me that I only live two minutes away I can drive the food up there and that they would let me know if the food was cold or not and that they could care less about the hair in my food. I would highly recommend not spending money there.

      Employee was rude and did not fix my issue. Very unprofessional, when I told him that my food wasn't cooked right, he insisted that the food is made by a timer, and basically called me a liar. When I'm the one who order almost $50 worth of food, and didn't enjoy it because it was hard.

      Ordered 4 subs & a large pepperoni pizza .. waited over a hour. Delivery driver came with 1 sub and the pizza. Delivery driver tells me to call, then leaves with the ************************** So I call & wait 20 mins calling twice waiting to speak to the manager. Told the manager I was upset and he was like oh well you can order & wait another hour. I told him I was going to report the incident to the owners. His response was "Ok B**** have a Good Night" Am reporting this to whoever will listen including the BBB. Never in life had such a rude unprofessional experience!! You can't ************ to people that way I don't care who you are. Straight trash customer service. Hope this place shuts down. Definitely not what it use to be!
