    On June 28, 2023 I placed a carry out order with Raimondos pizza. The pizza at the time of this writing is listed at $11.89 on www.raimondospizza.com. When I arrived at the business, I was told the total for the order was $14.35, I questioned that price and the response given was the prices have increased but the website does not show it. I was not satisfied with the price increase, but I paid the amount and took my order home. While at home I noticed a slice of pizza had a blue /white piece of lint on it. When I held up the pizza slice and removed it, I noticed additional white hairs or lint on the pizza. I then looked at four additional pieces, and all of them had white lint/hair on it as well. Upon this discovery, I lost my appetite and threw out the entire pizza. This is unfortunate because I been a customer of this business for over 10 years. Given the price increase and unacceptable amount of foreign matter introduced during preparation I will take my business elsewhere. In addition, I am requesting a full refund as the product was inedible and disposed.

    I am sorry that our website is not updated promptly enough to catch up with the recent price increase.  Noted that this is our first price increase since December of 2021. I am once again sorry that our website is not up dated yet. We are working on it.  Being a small business owner is very challenging every day especially it these times . We don't have huge budgets for IT and media personnel for our business.  And this is why our prices are as reasonable as we can offer. As far as the pizza goes that was subject to this complaint I really wish I could have seen it as to further a investigation in to possibly what had happened to it and how. Im trying to wrap my head around where this type of debris might have came from . It is very puzzling to me. I don't have a problem with giving you a full refund at all. I have not ever had a complaint as such as you described in our what will be our 25 years in business tomorrow July 1st. If you have any photos of this pizza please forward them on here or to my cell ************ or personnel emal *********************  . Thank you sorry you encountered this problem.

     I am rejecting this response because: in order to respond to your reply, I have to select reject on the Better Business Bureau site so I can reply back. If you do refund me, I will accept your response and consider the case closed. In regards to your question it looked like somebody who prepped the food had a white towel that either made contact with a Pizza or they had wet or sticky hands combined with consistently wiping on the white towel which then spread into the pizza dough. Unfortunately, I dont have any pictures. I can say of the four slices I checked in a row. All of them had the multiple white hairs/lint on the bottom of the pizza. While 1 or 2 also had hair/lint on top sticking out of the cheese. I understand these types of things happen in smaller quantities, but to see it on the entire pizza is too much to consume.
