If you are needing professional service with a team who truly cares about the customer experience, then you need to go with Hometown Mechanicals. We had a broken down AC unit that was apparently zapped by a power surge. The unit is only 6 years old and is a 30-year unit. It was of course one year out of warranty. These guys went above and beyond their typical services. They even squared up with the engineers of the unit and fought to get my parts covered under manufacturer warranty. You can tell they truly believe in treating you (the customer) the way that they would want to be treated. If there were more stars to give, I would rate them the maximum rating.

What a great company to work with. *****, **************** are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I needed to replace a Rheem tankless water system due to a recall, and they went above & beyond to assure I had hot water while waiting for the replacement to come in (6 days). I couldn't have asked for better service. This is a company that SHINES above the rest! I will be back for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.Hometown Mechanicals, Inc.

A special thanks to Hometown mechanical. They recently replaced my air conditioning unit and did a wonderful job. Completed the job in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves! I would highly recommend them.Hometown Mechanicals, Inc.
