    I moved into ***************, Apt 12, September of 2022 and moved out this month to a more handicap accessible apartment complex.I had NOTHING but good experiences as a tenant of Midtowne and if the building didn't have steps to enter/leave the building, I would STILL be living there! I had zero problems getting my entire deposit returned because we left the unit cleaner than when I moved in (DBD managed the Worthington at the time).I had a difficult time after I broke both of my tibias August 13th, 2023 and Midtowne Realty were wonderfully patient and kind so I was able to stay in my apartment. I can gladly recommend them if you are looking for a new apartment!
