    ******** has been neglecting and broken ac. Its getting over 80 degrees in our house. It takes days to get a reply from then she keeps sends the same ac man to our house that does nothing but tell us to turn the ac off and then he leaves. Nothing has been inspected for a problem and she went as far as to blame us for it to not work by accusing us of not changing the filters. I provided a receipt and date for when the filters were changed so she could no long accuse this. I am 8 months pregnant and have two children that live with me and they keep overheating. This isnt the first time she has neglected an issue in the home either, it took us over a year to get a clog in our bathroom sink fixed. We couldnt use it for over a year!

    I had set up an appointment to have a company look at the *** The tenants changed the appointment day and time 3 times. I told them to let me know when they were ready to have someone take a look at it. I never heard back until 7/4/23. I had the company go out and the filter was clogged pretty bad. He changed it and told the tenant to reach out again if it didn't get cooler. The ** company came again on 7/19 and discovered it was frozen over. It needed to thaw before anything can be done. He is scheduled to come out again 7/20. As for the sink/drain issue I had checked in a couple of times in the past after repairs were done and received texts back that it was fine. So as you can see things are not being neglected and being taken care of.
