    We were without water for nearly 2 1/2 weeks and without a furnace for 1 week for the month of November. The property manager, ****, was extremely hard to hear from and we often had to reach out for updates and for a response from him at all. Completely unacceptable.

    I have been renting from this management company for 3 months now. I have never been late on a payment or not complied with a request. They left me without power for 4 days when I called repeatedly to tell them that there had been an electrical short in my apartment. They have not repaired major cracks in the wall, although they show it as fixed in my agreement. Their communication between management and maintenance is seriously lacking. They management team has been courteous on the phone, but follow through for anything I have needed has failed.
