      In 2023 I purchased a house from this business under the assumption all precautionary measures were performed under them and their name only to find out after the fact that they did all these things in knowing about bad living conditions of the house and protecting the businesses that provided all repairs and work done to the house prior to them selling the house

      In this transaction, Our Agent, *********************************, represented the Seller, ****************************************.  Destiny had no knowledge of any foundation issues at ************** when she listed the property in February of 2023. The buyer, ****** Baskinski-*******, was represented by ***************************, ******** ********* Real Estate.  In the initial inspection response submitted by the buyer during the 14 day inspection period, there was no mention or ask of a repair needed to the foundation/crawl space.  The seller responded in writing offering $3,000 at closing for the buyer to make repairs.  The buyer accepted this agreement and the seller paid the $3,000 at closing with proof of the check cashed by ***************************** (*******).  The home also successfully passed an *** appraisal/inspection by ****************************** ************** ********************** in order for the buyer to receive the *** financing to fund the purchase.  There was no mention of work or repairs needed to the foundation or crawl space in that report either, and we know the appraiser entered the crawl space because he had to schedule an additional appointment due to not having the correct tool to access the crawl space initially. There was no reason for Destiny to believe there were issues in the crawl space.  She never personally entered the crawl space and her client made know mention of any known issue there.  The buyer has not at any point shared the full inspection report or appraisal report.  Not only did Destiny not have any knowledge of any issue with the foundation, there was also no evidence of an issue presented after the home inspection period and appraisal.  It is an unfortunate situation and we sympathize with the buyer needing repairs after purchasing the home, but Destiny represented her client in her ability in a fair real estate transaction with the buyer in which there were opportunities to address condition concerns.
