Rented From this company. No problems for the first year. After That. The landlord would drive in front of our house with a ATV **** times a day. The plumbing started overflowing in the laundry room drain and the company refused to fix the problem. The landlords kids would drive 6 inches away from our house with there ATV's. And my house was on a private dead end driveway in the country. a place were i thought i would have peace and quiet. The company also attempted to tow our cars from there parking spots while we were asleep. So that the neighbors could remove there ***** with a tractor. No warning. Just showed up early morning. Was told by ****** that the landlord can do whatever he wants to the house. Mow and shot rocks right into the siding. If thats the case. there would be no deposit and photos of what the place looked like at move in. With the declining in Faith with the Perfect *********** we put in our 30 day notice and left. ****** Claimed we stole the ac unit. We had ring door **** showing landlord taking it to trash because it quit working. And our bank issued a full deposit back. So watch out. Keep papers, recordings, and any videos. even if she is treating you nice. It saved me. She was very nice. And Looks for reliable people. I think it was more the landlord that was our problem.

Hi *****. Thank you for sharing your feedback. You were aware before you moved in that the property owners would be using the barn directly in front of the house you rented and we are sorry if there was more activity than you expected. The first year of your tenancy did seem to be quiet, I know you weren't happy about the $50 monthly rent increase you received at the end of the first year but you did not have to stay. We definitely noticed that the service requests increased and complaints started coming in right after the rent increase and second year of your lease was beginning. As you know we did respond to your complaint of a back up in the laundry room, the complaint was investigated thoroughly by calling a septic company to make sure the septic system wasn't backing up and by trying to recreate the issue which we were unable to do no matter how much water we ran. Regarding the towed vehicle: The property owners knocked on your door and asked you to move your vehicles so they could access the driveway with their heavy equipment to clear some land on their property. When you refused they called the sheriff to check their options, when the sheriff showed up he instructed them that their only remedy would be to tow your ATV and any other vehicles you refused to move. I understand you didn't want to move the vehicles but you were asked to do so and refused. Your refusal to move your vehicles resulted in a long delay and a lot of drama. It would have been easier to cooperate than to try and prove a point and waste a lot of time and money. At times when mowing rocks do get thrown at the house, I'm sure it wasn't intentional. Regarding your deposit, we sent you a letter notifying you that the air conditioning unit was missing and a charge was being deducted and also included the balance of your deposit. If the statement wasn't correct you could have called the office and tried to address the charge but that didn't happen. Your parting "gift" of filing a fraudulent claim with your credit card company to cancel your last rent payment was a new one for us. I reviewed your payment history and saw that every payment you had made for 23 months was through your bank account until the last rent payment which you paid by credit card. It seems as if you may have planned to cancel the last rent payment. Fortunately we were able to file a dispute with the credit card company regarding your claim of "no payment being owed" and the payment was returned to our account after waiting approximately 8 weeks for the process to complete.
