      We have used D&B twice. The first time back in May 2023 when he worked on our new (used) 2014 Newmar coach at our home. He said he was the "slide-out" expert, so we had him do some maintenance on our full-wall slide. The slide functioned as it should after he ground down some rust on the metal bars and adjusted the position of the slide. Unfortunately, he made a pretty big mess of our concrete in the process (easily avoided with one of our tarps). We then asked him to inspect our roof and make sure the seals were intact. He did some repairs, and after, three of our air vents no longer functioned properly. They were sealed shut. After complaining to ***, he did come back and unstick them, but there are two that still don't work as they should. Overall, *** seemed fair with his labor pricing so we overlooked his disorganization and tardiness, and we paid for the work in cash. After three trips to our home, he forgot to bring the right tool with him to adjust our slide awnings as requested. But by then, we just let it ******* forward to early June 2025 when we had an issue with our bedroom slide (which had not been worked on by him previously). We contacted him about bringing our RV to his shop this time. We had our reservations, but hoped his expertise with slides would make it a positive experience. We clearly communicated our drop-dead date for getting the repairs completed so we could go on our week-long vacation to ************, and he assured us he would have it fixed (along with a few other things I asked him to tackle if he had time.)After days/weeks of very minimal to no communication, we ended up having to go to his shop the day after our drop-dead date because he wouldn't answer our texts/calls. The repairs weren't completed - in fact, the bedroom was torn apart and we had to call the police in order to take our coach home. Paid for a motor that was not even the right part. Asked him for refund on the incorrect $350 motor - no response so far.
