    I have had Brinks since 2018, and until April 2024, I have never used my video clip storage. I wasn't even aware there was a limit. Since April 2024, I have met the limit of 3000 videos before the end of the month. I pay $64/month and have the "plus" add-on. Thus, I should not have a limit. I don't require continuous video clips; all I want is a notification when someone is in the vicinity of my camera. I've reached out for assistance three times, only to have my limit surpassed even more quickly. Often, I doubt they comprehend my requests due to their limited English proficiency. I want this fixed and give me notifications when someone is close or let me out of my contract.

    opened this letter to do what it asks in terms of having my alarm system upgraded. Called to have it done and I was told it would be $260.00, i replied that the letter said it would be free. I later discover that they have charged me $840 for a service that the system I have couldn't deliver. I ask for the necessary upgrades for free like the letter says and they told me the would reduce the price and require me to sign a contract. I said no and cancel the service.
