    Ricks Sewer Service put in a water heater and it does not keep the water hot. They said they were sending someone over to look at it and would call when they were on their way. No one ever called and when I called again he said they came but no one was home, but that was because they didn't call. Now Rick's Sewer Service said they were done and still no hot water with paying $1000 for him to put it in

    I installed a new water heater and they called a couple weeks later saying the water wasnt staying hot. I changed both heating elements and both thermostats. Still water was getting cold after a could weeks. Heating element kept burning up. I explained to her the only other issue could be a bad breaker at the box. I check over all electrical at the water heater and everything was correct. I explained that it looks like it may be an electrical issue and she needed to have an electrician take a look at the breaker and the box. I even offered to send someone out and id pay for it. I sent someone out twice. He said he called her and got no answer and both times he showed up he got no answer. I gave her the the guys number to reach out to him to schedule and she never has. I observed the electrical breaker being very loose and im confident thats the issue but i am not an electrician.
