    Run from this company as fast as you can. They s**** you out of your money! They raised the price on me 3 times. Ended up paying $15,000.00 . They told me they would show up with boxes and bubble wrap. They kept leaving to get boxes and no bubble wrap. They wrapped my dishes and breakable stuff in 1 peace of paper. They didn't bring a big enough truck for all my stuff they wanted more money for another truck. They blamed it on me for not telling them everything I had to move. I told them what the big items were and it was a 2 bedroom house with a attic, *****, patio and shed. I hired my granddaughter to bring me the rest of my stuff. I was not going to pay them more for their screw-up. I payed for packing and unpacking then had to argue with them about the unpacking. Alot of things are broke. A painting had got ripped. One of the movers spoke broken English and the other one spoke no English. My granddaughter argued with them that the box spring and mattress was 1 bed not 2 beds. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN from Midland van lines. I don't want to give them a star they don't deserve one.***********************

    I contacted Midland as they requested . They are not interested on settling any thing, They told me since my move was a little over a year ago they couldn't do anything anout it. Funny how they waited ************************************ knowing they didn't want to settle things. RUN FROM Midland van lines, I received a email from Midland van lines through BBB on November 26th,2024 asking me to contact them to resolve my issue with them in the complaint. I contacted them today Dec.4,2024 and was told they can not do anything since my move was a year ago picked up October ******* and delivered to my new home November 2 or ******. Was to long ago they cannot do anything to resolve my complaint. . I still have a lot of stuff they left in ********* still in ********* my granddaughter has been bring it down as much as she can when she has a couple of days off work. I still am not unpacked to see what items to add to my broke pile. Which is to late to collect on as it is past the 9 months limit to file a complaint. We are in our mid to late 70's and payed to have things unpacked. After arguing with them they sent someone to unpack. But he had to leave before it was all done. I just finished cancer treatment at the time of the move and could not pack and unpack is why I paid to have them do it. They should not be able to treat people the way they treated us and still do business. Plus they raised the rate on us 2 times once when they came to move us saying if I didn't pay the new price they were leaving. Second was on delivery if I didn't pay the price they would leave with my stuff still on their truck. They should not be allowed to treat people like this and still stay in business..

    STAY FAR AWY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT **** PEOPLE OF MONEY, BREAKS THEIR ***** TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ***** THEY BREAK AND WILL NOT RETURN A CALL AFTER THEY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY. THIS COMPANY HIJACKED OUR BELONGINGS, GOT 3 EXTRA PAYMENTS EQUALLING $13,000 OUT OF US AND REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE SMASHED 65 INCH TV THEY, AN EARLY **** CHAIR AND TABLE ARRIVED WITH 2 BROKEN LEGS - THIS TABLE AND CHAIR HAVE SURVICED SINCE THE **** AND COULD NOT SURVIVE THE MIDLAND MOVERS... VERY DISSAPOINTING! EXPENSIVE FRAMED ART WORK SMASHED, BOXES OF GLASSWARE THAT WAS WRAPPED EXTREMELY WELL ARRIVED IN A BOX THAT WAS TORN SO MUCH WE WERE SURPRISED ANY OF THE ******* IN IT MADE IT. SEVERAL PIECES WERE SHATTERED. WE HAD BOXES MISSING , i TOOK A PICTURE OF THE WAY THEY HAD EVERYTHING CRAMMED IN THE ***** FOR EVIDENCE BECAUSE WE COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW IT **** PACKED. BASICALLY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND STAY FAR AWAY. YOU WILL GET ZERO RESOLUTION FROM THEM AND THEY LIE. THEY START OFF PROMISING THE ***** AND GIVE YOU CRUMBS IN THE END!
