    I got a tattoo done on December 23rd by an artist at the shop @1030am, i was supposed to come in a week later to get it completed. I came in the week later and the artist never showed but messaged me after me being there an hour saying he was sick and wasnt able to make it, we rescheduled and rescheduled and still havent got nowhere and its now Tuesday February 27th over 2 months later and have gotten nowhere. My tattoo is still incomplete and hasnt been touched since December 23rd. I reached out to the owner and hes trying to have me pay again for the whole thing and almost double the price ive paid when ive payed in full already

    Hey **************** we do apologize for your tattoo not being completed. That is not what we're about at our shop. We've responded to the message via ********* and we ***e the best we could by reaching out to the artist who started your work. The artist said he would do your tattoo.  We've also given you options as to let the artist finish your work, so wouldn't have to pay again, or let another artist finish your work which would cost you. Each Artist in our shop has their own LLC so prices vary from different artist. For example Artist (A) may charge $50 to tattoo a rose. Artist (B) may charge $100 to do the same.   rose. So if you got a tattoo from Artist (A) for $50 dollar and Artist (A) did not finish so you try to go to Artist (B) you will have to pay either the balance or the whole amount depending on Artist (B). 

    Also the Artist that you want to *** your tattoo no longer tattoos at this location. And hasn't tattooed at this location since December 2023 when you got your tattoo ***e.
