      I called Glenbrook Dodge to have them look at my car since my warranty was through them previously. They had me call a tow company, AC Towing, and when he came to pick up my vehicle he said he never got paid for a previous tow on my vehicle from 2022, when my vehicle was under warranty through Glenbrook Dodge. Today was my 10:30 am appointment, and I was advised at 1:30 pm by the owner of AC Towing that he still has the key to my vehicle, and he isn't releasing it to anyone until he gets paid for the tow job from 2022 and yesterday. He said he needs me to meet him somewhere with $75 cash in order for him to release my key for them to look at my car. I do not have a car currently since my only car, IS IN THE **** NOW. I had to pay ********* $75 for them to pay AC Towing in order to get my key back from him, so they can look at my car tomorrow now. I did not get contacted back in 2022 to have the tow charge paid, nor was I aware I owed anything to anyone. Entirely unprofessional.
