      I had a scheduled appointment for today at 10:00am for Complete Carpet Care, owned by ***********************, to clean my living and bedroom carpets. At 10:26am (almost 30 minutes late), ***** called me stating that he was running late, that he would be at my home to clean my carpets at 11:30am. I told him that was fine, so I waited. At 11:58am (2 hours late), ***** called me a second time stating that he was enroute to my home. Shortly after telling me he was enroute HE ASKED ME TO DO HIM A FAVOR. He asked if he could stop by the ************************* in ****** and have his crew start on that appointment before he came to my house. The ************************* in ****** is only a 2-3 minute drive from my home. He then asked if that doesn't work out for me, if he could come to my house in 2 hours to clean my carpets, that he would clean my bedroom carpet for free. This was around lunch time and I decided to have him and his crew come in 2 hours (2:00pm-4 hours past scheduled appointment). At 1:28pm, I received a text message from ***** stating that him and his crew were "wrapping up" at St. ***** and that he would contact me when he was on his way to my home. I arrived at my home before 2:00pm. I waited for ***** to contact me and he didn't. At 3:21pm (almost 5.5 hours late for the scheduled appointment) I called ***** who ONCE AGAIN told me that him and his crew were "wrapping up" at St. ***** and would be leaving for my house. I told him I was cancelling the appointment for today because I had to leave (my son needed to be picked up from the sitter's). ***** asked when we could reschedule so he could clean my carpets. I told him no, that I am not rescheduling, that I will be going through someone else. He sounded confused by this and I told him that I had been waiting since 10:00am for him to arrive. *********************** does NOT care about customers and that was made abundantly clear today by his actions. I wasted my time and money ($25 for a sitter) for ***** to never show up.
