I have been buying all my vehicles from best deal auto sales since 2008. I've always been trained with respect and friendliness. They make me feel like part of a family. I have no plans of buying from any other dealership cause best deal really does give me the best deal and the best treatment.

I took my vehicle to Best Deal Auto Sales in ****** for service, expecting a proper inspection. Unfortunately, their mechanics completely missed a serious safety issue that made the vehicle dangerous to drive. A trusted independent shop found the problem right awaysomething any qualified mechanic should have ********* a result, I had to pay out of pocket to fix the issue elsewhere, and I no longer trust Best Deal Auto Sales to work on my car. When I contacted them about the oversight, they offered no meaningful resolution or accountability. Im seeking reimbursement for the repair costs and strongly caution others before relying on their service departmentBest Deal Auto Sales, Inc.

We are saddened that you feel you can no longer trust our service department. On May 16th you brought your vehicle to our service center with the complaint of the rear air conditioning being inoperative. We were asked to diagnose the issue. At the time of service your vehicle had 219k mile on it. This is the same vehicle that was purchased from our sales department in August of 2021 with 125k on it. Upon pulling your vehicle in our mechanic noted that the shocks seemed very bouncy and that the tires were balled and in need of replacement. We were not asked to nor did you pay for a full vehicle inspection. As a courtesy we noted a couple of other items we notice while pulling the vehicle in. We properly diagnosed your air conditioning issue. We even temporarily fixed it for you for no additional charge. This temporary fix was done because you stated that you did not currently have the money to properly fix the **** at the time. We have built a trusting relationship servicing your vehicle eight times starting March of 2023 to current, with nearly 100k miles put on it since purchase. No oversight was made. Our technician completed his tasked job and then some. We have attempted to reach out to you several times by phone call and text to see if a fair resolution is possible. You have not answered, returned, or responded to calls or texts. We encourage you to reach back out to our ****** service department.Review fromBrandon B

1 starI just recently purchased a *** from this dealership and from the very beginning, the process was just shady and underhanded. The vehicle immediately had engine issues and while they did fix the issue, I regret giving them my business. If you're considering buying a car, look elsewhere. I had done a 1 star review 2/5/24. To update the information they have put 4 brand new tires on and an alignment. ***************** went above and beyond to fix the issue. If working with best deal auto **** would be the one I would work with again. He made sure I was happy and everything was good with my truck.Best Deal Auto Sales, Inc.

This car company will s**** you over untill you cant bend over anymore. they have ******* us by over *** ******** ******* and the cars a lemon ** ******** ******* in repairs in under two years! run and stay far away from them we have contacted bbb and the attorney general.Best Deal Auto Sales, Inc.

We made our first vehicle purchased on 06/26/2022 from the ****** location. We returned on 08/26/2022 and purchased a second vehicle. We had nothing but positive experiences from the moment that we stepped on the lot! No high pressure and no sitting in the building for hours on end.
