    Anthony Wayne Vending provides our break room with machines. On a daily basis, the machine continues to not deliver the item purchased. I do several attempts since one day the machine will take cash, or itll only take coins or only debit cards. It is NEVER the same and *** complained many times. Some days on my breaks it takes 10min to get a vending machine to work correctly. I have several charges of items Ive never purchased, I have called Anthony Wayne and they were to send a check out but that hasnt arrived. They kept saying any money dollars/coins needed reimbursed to place a sticky note on the machine. I have never been reimbursed in the past 8 yrs at any given point so the sticky note dont work when you have 80 plus employees. Reimbursement with compounded interest should be desired. But Id rather them realize this report and replace these machines. We have a very large coffee machine with coffee and cocoa that hasnt been cleaned or used in years. I work at ********************* Transport ***********.

    Thanks for reaching out and my apologies you have had this issue. After going back into my service board, I only see where you called in back in 2021. For future reference we prefer any issue that you have please call us at ************. That line is available 24hrs a day even if it's our on-call service.  Please reach out to me directly and we will discuss a way to get you a refund that works for you. Our goal is to never have an upset consumer but unfortunately the vending machines do break on occasion. We work as fast as possible to repair and get those machines working but if we do not know about something then it's hard to fix the issue. You can either call the number above or shoot me an email.      I am rejecting this response because: not sure the one I just filled out went through. I called AWS on Jan 31,2022 at 12:15pm spoke with a male. This has been going on for quite a while. And now Ive got statements to show what hasnt been reimbursed which roughly is $55.00. These machines have issues everyday.

    As i said in my last response fill free to reach out to me to get this figured out. If the machines have problems every day, please call us every day. I can't fix the issue if we are not aware of it. Also, on all your charges that you sent us do you have any that doesn't show pending charges? In almost all of our machines we have drop sensors installed. Which means if the product does not vend you should not be getting charged. In all the examples that you have provided they all say pending. So, when you make your choice, and the machine doesn't vend it will go out to your bank as pending and then after 48hrs it will fall off your back statement. I hope this info helps and hopefully it will resolve this issue for you. If for some reason it does not, please call us at ************.
