    Hired to do new roof and siding started 7/23 roof done in 1 day and crew stated they only had 1 day as booked for next day, had damaged shingles, improper flashings, damaged drip rail. Had to call hoosier to look at issues, said theytake care of it. Siding started and went horrible after that. They damaged numerous shingles, scratches on dozens of pieces of siding, did horrible job installing siding and trim- tore off and put on several spots of siding , trim was horrible and kept calling to get hoosier out to fix, they sent another guy out for over 4 weeks who just kept pulling siding off and redoing all around house and garage while also scratching numerous pieces. Still have waves down the side of my garage from the numerous times it been removed or tampered with trying to fix it along with numerous scuff marks where they tried to remove scratches with Magic Erasers. They had a rep from siding company inspect but i wasnt told results. 4 different crews of roofers have been to house and i still have dozens of severely damaged shingles and drip rail. Gutters were installed over damaged drip rails as rainy season was approaching and they couldnt get a roofer to fix issues. Failed to repair roof sheeting on back porch before shingle instal so have numerous week spots and shingles only covering holes. They claimed substantial completion with bank and got paid so wont finish repairs or contact me, been almost 4 months since last voice mail stating they would complete repairs - but didnt say when, also had them instal a entry door and it still has issues with threshold being improperly installed that they wont repair. Color is peeling off downspout fittings now as well,, Also the Estimates to repair all issues and my time along with family major inconvenience comes to over $16,000 want a refund so we can hire a competent contractor to correctly finish job, ******* did not meet there mission statement and rather not have hoosier near my house anymore..

    We were aware of the issues that ************** has put forth. Since then, we have been out to his house and corrected all the issues and even did a walk around with ************** with our siding crew and our roofing crew there to make sure everything was satisfactory.The only issue that was left unresolved that day was his entry door threshold. It was determined that the issue was not the actual door that we installed. ************* stated that he knew that he had rotten floor joists and he was going to repair or replace those. We told him that we would come back out and reset the door if needed after he gets the flooring problems resolved, but we have not heard from him. We also have picked up a can of paint which he requested in case he ever needed to touch up any of his trim. It is still waiting here at our office as he has not contacted us or come in to get it like he said he would.  Hoosier Windows & Siding considered this job complete.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    As you can see by the attachments there is multiple issues needing repaired.. october 24th was when you say your were finishrd- what i told you was i look it over that night and get back to you.. i sent you numerous pictures on the 25th showing all the damages on roof along with siding scrathes and rubbed spits.. to which they failed to respond  till december when i kept sending more oics and calls.. on dec 18th i was left a voicemail by owner stating they would resolve all ky issues.. but havent heard back.. i dont have rotten joist and if i dod your crew should have mentioned that when installing door.. along with the holes in roof.. how about warrenty work on the gutters that have paint peeiling off?? ******** on the shingles that you 1 owner was told about but didnt pass off to pther owner when roofers were here- insurance guy wont sign off on the roof because of damages- i just want this mess done!

     I am rejecting this response because: they did reach out and tell me they want to schedule a time to meet,, but they couldnt schedule a day or time as 1 of partners is out of office.. so basically we are not any closer to resolving this issue. When i see actual work being done regarding the issues then i will believe they are commited to resolving this.

    One of the owners was on vacation for a week, so we did have to schedule the appointment for when he returned.  He returns to work on Monday, May 20th.  We have an appointment scheduled with ************** on Monday, May 20th at 2:00 pm.

     I am rejecting this response because: even though a meeting was had and discusions on what needed to be done to rectify the situations I haven't been contacted concerning any dates for repairs to happen. I understand its only been 4 days since the meeting but believe i should have heard about appointments and be kept up with how this is going. I feel that once again the company reached out as it has done numerous times to appease me and then go back and take their time to get me results. Its even worse now that they received payment from bank. If this wasnt true my house would be completed by now BUT its been over 10 months and its still not done plus the aggravation my family will again deal with by having various trades in my yard for numerous hours, on my roof stomping and peeling shingles of and reinstalling them - My wife works from home and unfortunately her office will be directly under most of the work AGAIN.. not cleaning up well after done and me taking time off to be here rather then trust people to do whats asked as no one from Hoosier will be onsite to make sure it gets completed. I will continue to reject all responses until the work on my home is COMPLETED since filing this complaint was the only reason they have reached out to me. Rembrr- it had been over 3 months since i received a voicemal stating they would contact me and take care of my issues...

    Both owners met with **************.  They created a list of things that will be taken care of in a timely manner.  ************** will be out of town from June 2-7, so we will contact him when he returns with dates to come back to fix the issues.
