    After the storm in June 2022 two sections of my roof needed to be replaced because of tree damage. Springer Construction did the work since they had done the original roofing and everything went great. My awning had to be removed and reinstalled on that part of the roof. The following summer there was a problem with the awning as it was coming loose. I called ****** and he said they would fix it within 2 to 3 weeks as they were busy in the area with another job. At three weeks, the work was done in a very efficient and conscientious manner. The guys did a great job and the awning has been secure ever since.

    Springer Construction did a total renovation on our house in 2021. We went down to the studs and cement slab. They took our 3 bed, 2.5 bath and made it a 4 bed, 3 bath home. They said it would take 5 months and that is exactly how long it took! They were amazing. ***** was amazing to work with-Kept costs in check and made our lake home a dream retirement home. The workers were always polite and we had no issues. We now just had our trailer (original lake place) bathroom and bedroom remodeled due to water damage. They did another great job! I would highly recommend Springer Construction to anyone needing ****/remodeling work done. They are fair with prices, and want to make you very happy-which is truly hard to find these days!

    It was a pleasure working for you and you husband. I try to take the stress off of the homeowner as much as I can. The last work that the home a had done was in the 70'?. It was time.     Would not recommend them for anything. The work we have them do they did not finish. Now they will not come back to correct the problems that are now be caused by unfinished work. The roof is now leaking into the house because of this. After the first phone call which was greeted by ****** who was rude and obnoxious And, now they will not return numerous phone calls that we have made to the company. to try and get them to come and fix the Soffit and the fascia. Also, the problems that we have with the roof.
