    Called Brouillette's on Feb 2nd about low water pressure and water leak, told me i would be first apointment on Feb 3. Tech showed up in unmarked van and did not introduce himself, i asked what happend, he said he rolled/wrecked **************** before. I showed him in, showed him all water fixtures and he proceeded under the house with no suit on. came out said no water leaks but copper pipe didnt look the best, told me he he was going to check main from meter to house for ****, said no leak. bypassed water softener and came inside very dirty took apart kitchen sink faucet and put back together while reciving 3 different phone ******, cheked guest bath sink and toilet, put on new toilet handle.put water softener back into service I asked what the water pressure was at the house and he said he did thin he had the tool on the new van. he told me that i needed new plumbing under house and they could do it all at once or in stages, i told him to have company call me ASAP with details he proceeded to then leave. later that day i went to use my kitchen sink, faucet handle was loose and almost to fall off also my drinking water was not working and when i turned it back on it started leaking unde sink so i turned it back off. i called owner ofd buisness on emergency line, he told me that they would take care of me. I have yet to here from them, I feel this is a very unprofessional way to treat customers, especially disabeld ones.
