    Furnace and ** unit installed in Nov 2015. The next summer, 2016, On Time was called out because ** unit would not cool the house. Told that roof not vented properly and a lack of wall insulation! Old ** unit had worked fine since ****?? During remolding in 2016 & 2017 we replaced drywall and installed R19 insulation. During normal maintenance in 2019 we replaced the roof and made sure that in was vented properly. Call On Time out for service check, told that there might be a leak. Earlier this summer, 2023, call 2 local Heating and Cooling experts and had inspection done. Was informed that the furnace installed is not the correct furnace for our home, thus the cooling coils are not inline with the plenum and not then effeminately cooling our home. Leading to 1 burnt motor on the ** unit and large electricity usage, because the unit has to over work!!

    WE INSTALLED  AR**AIRE ****** BTU 95 % IN A  MOBLE HOME ON OCT 10 2014 WITH A 2 1/2 TON AC AND **IL  NEWHEART CALL THE FALL*** SUMMER THAT WE RESPONDED TO FOUND **NDENSOR **IL STOP UP WE CLEANED AND CHECK SYSTEM  LEVELS WE CHECKED TEMP AT THE WITH LASER TEMP THERMOMETER AND ADVISE HIM TO GET SOME SLID*** DOOR **VER***  DUE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT **M*** THOUGH THE ***** DOOR WITH A HIGH TEMP WE DID NOT CHARGE HIM FOR THAT .THE SUMMER AFTER THAT HE CALLED AGAIN NO COOLING WE FOUND OUT SIDE **** NOT **M*** ON DUE TO DOGS HAD EATEN THOUGH THERMOSTAT WIRES WE REPAIRED AND CLEANED ***** AGAIN AND ADISED HIM NEED TO PUT UP SOMETH*** AROUND THE OUT SIDE **** SO IT DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN ON OR AROUND THE 3RD WEEK OF AUG 2023 HE CALLED AND SAID AC WAS NOT COOLING  KEEP IN  MIND WE HAD A EXCESSIVE HEAT WARN*** AND HIGHER THAN NORMAL  OUTSIDE TEMPS WE FOUND **NDENSOR ***** STOPED UP AGAIN AND **** WAS LOW ON CHARGE WE CLAENED THE ***** AND RECHARGED THE **** AND ADVISED NEWHEART THERE WAS A LEAK IN THE POSSABLEY IN THE LINE SET HE SAID HE WOULD WAIT AND WE DID CHARGE HIM THIS TIME  WEEK OR SO AFTER THAT WITH US STILL HAVE*** HIGHER OUTSIDE TEMPS AND STILL IN EXCESSIVE HEAT WARN*** SAID HE STILL HAV*** A ISSUE I DID NOT RESPOND AT THIS TIME DUE TO HEALTH ISSUES ABOUT A WEEK AFTER THAT HE STATED HE CALLED 2 OTHER ** TO CHECK IT SAY*** THE FURNACE WAS NOT THE RIGHT SIZE KEEP *** MIND I HAVE BEEN DO*** THIS FOR 49 ***** AND BEEN IN BUESSNESS FOR 27 ***** INSTALL*** MORE THAN **** SYSTEMS WITH NO SIZ***  ISSUES WE TOOK OUT A ***** BTU 80 % FURNACE AND INSTALLED A ****** BTU 95 % FURNACE MADE TO USE IN MOBLE HOMES THAT I CAN PROVIDE PAPERWORK FROM THE MANUFACURE IF FIGURED IF HE CALLED SOME OTHER ** THAN FINE I TOOK MYSELF OUT OF THE PICTURE   THIS EQUMENT WAS INSTALLED OVER 9 ***** AGO WITH NO ISSUE WITH  THE FURNACE  HE NEVER CALLED FOR ROUTINE CHECKS OF THE EQITMENT ONLY WHEN THERE WAS A ISSUE WE ARE NOT GO*** TO REPLACE ANYTH*** THERE WAS NEVER A ISSUE  THAT PROPER CHECKS **ULD HAVE PREVENTED KEEP IN MIND EQUMENT WAS INSTALLED OVER 9 ***** AGO HE NEVER BROUGHT UP ANY ISSUES THAT HE STATED AND WHO DID HE CALL FOR THOSE ISSUES NOT ME WHY DID HE NOT USE THE ** THAT SO CALLED FIX THOSE ISSUES THAT IS THE  QUESTIONS SO AS STATED WE ARE REPLACE*** ANYTH*** DUE TO THE ***** OF USE AND IT BE*** OUT OF ANY WARRANTYS
