    We are sorry to hear about this.  All our work is backed by our Nationwide Warranty and we are more than willing and able to resolve this issue in the store.  Please bring the vehicle in for inspection and we will get it resolved.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    All they did was call me and offer to take another look at my car. They did not offer to give any sort of refund or any free services. I had another mechanic who is BBB certified look over my car and everything that Midas said was wrong was actually incorrect and didnt need fixed. We actually found out that Midas cracked something inside of my engine. Reason I am rejecting there offer to look over my car again is because I refuse to ever let them touch my car again because every time they did it came back with something else wrong with it. I put my trust and my legit last dollars I had to my name into Midas in hopes that my car would be safe for my family. Here is the biggest reason why I want some sort of refund I have documentation of where they KNEW my driveshaft was going out and UNSAFE to drive and they LET ME DRIVE AWAY ON A BROKEN DRIVE SHAFT WITH MY KID IN THE *** AND TOLD ME IT WAS SAFE. So until some sort of refund is offered to me I will not take back my complaint and will look into further legal actions.

    Our original response and warranty still stands. We stand begind our warranrty and repairs. We need to see the vehicle to verify what is being claimed.
